Dakota’s background encompasses various areas including customer service, social media, marketing, aesthetics, and aesthetics education. Prior to joining The Aesthetic Retreat, she was an instructor of aesthetics at Paul Mitchell the School. However, she found that her true passion lies in helping individuals achieve their skincare goals and enhancing their overall well-being. She takes pride in educating patients about their skin, distinguishing between their wants and needs, guiding them toward products that truly benefit their skin health, all while providing the most luxurious and relaxing environment possible.
Dedicated to continuous growth, Dakota actively pursues ongoing education and stays up-to-date on the latest in the skincare industry. Her commitment to learning ensures that she remains at the forefront of aesthetic techniques and practices.
At The Aesthetic Retreat, Dakota’s primary focus is to provide exceptional care and personalized attention to each patient, helping them look and feel their best both internally and externally.
In her free time Dakota loves spending time at home with her Yorkie Daisy, going to country concerts with friends, and pampering herself with at-home skincare treatments.

Valerie is a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager boasting over 8 years of experience in social media digital marketing. With a strong background in the beauty industry as a skincare consultant and makeup artist for over 10 years, she brings a unique perspective to her work that sets her apart.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, graduating magna cum laude from Cal State Long Beach. This educational foundation has equipped her with a deep understanding of effective communication strategies, enriching her approach to social media management.
She is passionate about the power of social media and how it has transformed our world today. She firmly believes in leveraging this power to connect people, elevate brands, and drive meaningful engagement. Her expertise lies in developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies that not only yield results, but also establishes authentic connections with target audiences.
When she’s not immersed in the digital world, she enjoys spending quality time with her fiancé, three beloved cats, and chihuahua, exploring new dance styles, discovering new culinary experiences, and indulging in movies.
