Policies

Appointment Policy

Please complete all online forms prior to arriving for your appointment. Completing them in the office will encroach on your appointment time, and subsequently, we may have to reschedule your treatment.  If you cannot complete the online forms ahead of time, please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

We understand that sometimes, life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give a 24-hour notice to ensure time for our team to fill that gap and to respect our providers’ time. Any appointment that cancels within the 24-hour window will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee that will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. Any appointment that no call/no shows will no longer be able to be treated at Elevated Aesthetics.

We appreciate your understanding, as this will allow us to continue to provide the highest quality service to all of our current and future patients, while also valuing our providers’ time.

Refund Policy (save for consent?)

We do not offer refunds on any services provided.  Injectable results can vary. We always provide realistic expectations and do our best to achieve the desired outcome, however, results cannot be guaranteed.  Patients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.
